Learning Outcomes
This module is an extended study on spatial design for human habitation and work. The concerned underlines the foundation of specialist knowledge and appreciating the scope and context of the discipline. The idea of the course is about exploration of design inspiration that is functional, expressive and considerable to the surrounding environments.
Project 1: Explore and Express
Explore findings on the material interested (galvanised steel wire) through the characteristics of the materials by exploring, analysing and experimenting its raw/original condition

Project 2: Mould and Mend
Transform aspiration from the Material Board into a 3D space, deisgned ergonomically for a purpose or function to the end user
Ceiling Design (However, it was not put in the right format and does not comply to the design language chosen in Material Board, thus resubmmission was required)

Final Design Project: A [Live] Capsule
Design a compact space with multiple function and interaction that must relate to final keywords from the 1st project for shape and aesthetic value; Students will participate in interior architecture, branding and idea design of this new retail design
